Digital Products

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, including but not limited to:

Workout programs
Training plans
Nutrition guides
E-books
Downloadable resources
Digital courses

all sales are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law.

Online Programs and Courses

Once access has been granted to an online course, membership area, or digital program, refunds will not normally be provided.

Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Coaching and Class Services

For coaching & Class sessions:

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be forfeited.
No-shows are non-refundable.

Memberships and Subscriptions

Membership fees are non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Access will remain available until the end of the current billing period.

Physical Products

If BrandNewU sells physical products:

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed once returned goods have been inspected.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
