After years of seeing women struggle with high-impact workouts, aches, stiffness, poor posture, low confidence and feeling disconnected from exercise, I wanted to create something different.

That’s why I developed Posture Positive Movement Method — gentle, effective movement designed to help women move better, feel stronger and enjoy exercise again.

Because exercise should support your life — not take it over.

I can’t wait to welcome you into our community.

My Pilates method is mat work. Smooth, flowing movements that activate the core, glutes, hips, and strengthen the back muscles.

Breathwork is important to help you achieve the best workout for your body.

Stretching muscles helps relieve tension and relax your mind.

Postural alignment helps you in everyday life and improves balance.

And a little coordination… just for fun.

I am and founder of a successful dance school, where she teaches and inspires students of all ages, from children to adults.

As a qualified Pilates instructor, I am passionate about helping others improve their health, fitness, and overall wellbeing through movement.

Having experienced my own injuries and health challenges, I understands the positive impact that exercise can have on both physical and mental wellbeing.

My goal is to encourage and support others in maintaining their strength, mobility, and confidence, enabling them to lead active and fulfilling lives.

My passion for group exercise began at an early age, attending my mum’s Keep Fit classes and dance lessons from the age of five. It felt like a natural progression to turn that passion into a part time career, and this year marks 31 years since I qualified as a Group Fitness Instructor.

After many years teaching in local gyms, I took the exciting step of running my own community classes

One of the most rewarding parts of teaching is seeing friendships develop and watching people return week after week because they genuinely enjoy being part of the group. Creating a welcoming, supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable is something I’m incredibly passionate about.

I look forward to meeting many more of you and sharing this journey together.

I qualified as a Pilates instructor in 1999 and my passion for Pilates has never changed.

The ability to realign posture, to decrease aches and pains, increase mobility and improve strength in a relaxed class always amazes me

I have been instructing now for 16 years,

I get the greatest pleasure from seeing clients nail a move or an exercise or something they once struggled with.

Classes are about community and friendship as much as anything else. I look forward to welcoming you.
