What is New Crew Fitness Team?

Your New Crew Team Instructor will take you through a mobilising warm up, after this you will then join your team mates in using the Core Connect to participate in easy to follow safe upper and lower body moves that work whole body whilst focusing on posture and core and body strength after this you will grab your Mat, Ball and Band and perform abdominal and back strengthening moves as well as a variety of flexibility training concepts taken from mind body disciplines such as Pilates, Yoga and Ti-Chi, the class finishes with a cool down and a round of applause for the team.
Class is suitable for men and women of all fitness levels, shapes and sizes. Beginners welcome.
