i-Chill is an adaption of moves and exercises from the world of Yoga, Pilates, Dance and Fitness,
suitable for men and women of all fitness levels.


The 34-60 min class encourages mind body focus as you drift through the strong, soulful
movements that will ease the stress and strains of everyday life in peaceful yet energising atmosphere to help build a stronger body and mind, so you can tackle whatever ever life throws at


i-Chill exercises and moves encourage you to perform correctly and focus on whole body & mind
engagement whilst working to your own ability, within your personal range of movement.


Who is i-Chill for?


Aimed at the apparently healthy adult, i-Chill is NOT a Remedial class, there are NO exams to take and is
purely a revolutionary 'keep fit' class designed for men and women of all ages shapes and sizes.


Classes are as follows:

  • Mondays Subrooke 130pm 
  • Thursdays Sudbrooke 730pm 
  • In a private studio on Wragby Road Lincoln (near sudbrooke)
