Low & Light class is a 30 min workout
Suitable for everyone but particularly good for those wanting a lighter workout class in lovely warm water, to help ease joint pain etc. 1m lesson water. This is a slow steady fun class. Which also makes is great for injury recovery, anyone with limited movement or those looking for a quiet class. Maximum 8 participants
For Mums to be who have the all clear to exercise and are past the 12 week period.
30 mins if gentle exercises on warm water to help keep your mind body fit.
We have 2 changing rooms , please arrive 15 mins before class to be ready to start on-time & so changing rooms are available to those in the previous classes.
