Since the age of 5 I have always had a real passion for dancing. I started my journey at The Janice Sutton Theatre School in Skegness, where I learnt tap, modern jazz, gymnastics and ballet. I performed in many shows covering the Summer and Christmas periods at the Embassy Theatre, as well as Pantomimes and Lincs FM roadshows.
At the age of 18 I decided that I wanted to become a Professional Teacher and qualified with the International Dance Teachers Association in tap, gymnastics, theatre craft, modern jazz and ballet with distinction. I was then very privileged to perform at the London Palladium 4 times along with appearances on GMTV and My Kind of People.
As I got older, I then moved into the fitness industry completing my Personal Training qualification following on by qualifying as a Master Trainer for My-Barre.
I find that delivering fitness back into the community is a real honour.
