At Brand New U, we bring you community fitness classes that are suitable for men and women of all abilities. Our fitness classes, including pilates classes and My-Barre fitness classes, are designed to be enjoyable and motivating. This means we’ll never make you feel uncomfortable, instead encouraging you to have fun whilst you workout. We host our classes across Lincoln, Gainsborough, Market Rasen, and Doncaster

Our community fitness classes help you improve your mobility, flexibility, and overall fitness levels by introducing movements from pilates, yoga, and dance. Almost all of our exercise are formulated to be comfortable for or adapted to any joint, back, hip, shoulder, or knee complaints. Brand New U classes are open to everyone, regardless of age, sex, or ability, so why not join us in your local community today! We don’t ‘push’ you to do more and be faster; we motivate you to work a little outside of your comfort zone so you feel both energised and rewarded when you finish your session.
