Joins us with 15 years of teaching group exercise classes.  She had a love for dancing from an early age & spent 10 years training in ballet & tap.  After having to stop all dance classes she decided to train with the KFA to continue her love of music & routines and hence developed her passion for teaching & fitness.

She worked along side Jacquie in their early years in the community & adult education & then moved on to various health clubs in Lincoln.  In 2001 she became 1 of Lincolns 1st Body Combat instructors & helped to launch BTS at Dragons Health Club.  No longer teaching any pre-choreographed workouts, Kate’s passion lies within freestyle & having the freedom & ability to deliver a class that is purely her own.  She believes that every good fitness instructor should be able to freestyle and have the ability to teach a class to their highest standard & knowledge without having to use someone else’s ideals.


She is still teaching at 2 of the main health clubs in Lincoln 4 times a week & will be joining us on a Monday evening to deliver a Weight Management class incorporated with Dance fitness fever & Body Conditioning.
