I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, starting when I was 18 working in my local gym. My passion for sport and leading a healthy and active life lead me to doing my Bachelor of Science degree in sport and exercise. I then complemented this with gaining my gym instructor’s qualification, and then personal trainer awards through the YMCA and NASM. I’ve also been teaching numerous classes including body pump, body combat, weight loss/management, pre/post natal, circuits, and studio cycling.
I have a huge passion for staying fit and healthy, getting clients to achieve their training goals, and aim to instil this into everyone that I interact with. Keeping the body healthy leads to so many positive attributes in daily life that its imperative that staying healthy be a top priority in your daily life.
