These courses provide a learning through fitness in a fun atmosphere, courses are taught by Brand New U GROW Tutors who are qualified Fitness Instructors and have attended the Safe guarding adults course. Insured and either hold a PTTLS certificate or are in the process of gaining PTTLS. CRB, Enhanced Discolsure.
