Clear a room/garage/conservatory/room at work and have an afternoon/night in. from just £35 an hour, 4 friends = an amazing £8 an hour each), you and your friends can have a fun afternoon or evening filled with fun fitness sessions of your choice. Health tips10 Easy steps to follow!

  1. Always aim to drink 2 liters of water a day
  2. Exercise 3 times a week minimum
  3. Take up lots of different exercises to meet all your fitness needs and get that body shape perfect
  4. Always eat something 1-2 hrs before an exercise session
  5. Always re fuel after an exercise session
  6. Drink 250-500ml of water through out your exercise session
  7. Do not exercise when ill as this puts strain on your heart
  8. Always eat a healthy breakfast
  9. Eat 3 small meals and 2-3 snacks a day
