Men who are regular exercisers but wish to learn more about core stability and posture

Objectives
Through non Choreographed moves in a relaxed atmosphere
Introduce core conditioning exercise specifically aimed at strengthening the Abdominals and back muscles
Strengthen over worked, over stretched back and quadriceps muscles
Lengthen tight muscles in the chest and hamstrings muscles
Participate in exercises using own body weight and various equipment to ensure you work at your own level safely to ensure the optimum performance and results
Evaluate posture and stance and incorporate exercises into everyday life and fitness program to improve and control posture
Learn exercises to help improve sporting performance
What to wear / bring
Bring Water and towel. All other equipment is provided
